Our group of companies is one of the fastest growing business conglomerate. German Green Steel and Power Limited is vertically integrated iron and steel manufacturer with a strong presence in Gujarat. The group was started by Haji Shamsul haq Iraki in 1976, his two sons Mr. Inamulhaq Iraki and Mr. Abdulhaq Iraki joined the group. Our product portfolio mainly comprises of Sponge Iron, MS Billets and TMT bars. We also manufacture Cut and Bend and Binding wires. The group has its corporate office at "GERMAN HOUSE", Paldi Ahmedabad. We have two manufacturing facilities located in Gujarat: One is located at Samakhiyali and other at Viramgam (Ahmedabad) The company benefits from strategic locational advantage which enhances operational efficiencies and provides improved access to targeted markets. Manufacturing facilities are supported by its captive power plants. Captive power plants include Coal Based Power Plant of 16 MW, Waste Heat Recovery plant of 4 MW and Hybrid Wind-Solar plant of 39.3 MW. German TMT is a popular brand in Gujarat supported by Thermex Quenching Technology and ISO certification for quality.
We partner with our customers throughout the value chain by delivering quality products. After 49 years of successful journey, today we stand strong with a vast infrastructure and fully equipped plants, at Samakhiyali and Viramgam (Gujarat) catering to the needs of the steel market.
We are engaged in the manufacturing and sale of TMT Bars produced through the electric arc furnace route. For our key inputs, MS Billets and Sponge Iron; We are vertically integrated.

Our TMT Bars are steel bars, which are manufactured using the thermex quenching technology. The thermex quenching technology is a manufacturing process used to produce high-quality TMT (Thermo-Mechanically Treated) bars. This technology involves a controlled quenching and self-tempering process to enhance the properties of the steel bars. The thermex quenching technology enhances the yield strength, ductility, bendability, and weldability of TMT bars. It also improves fire resistance and reduces corrosion by eliminating surface defects and torsional stress.

MS Billets is a semi finished steel product with a rectangular or square cross section used as raw material for rolling into bars, rods and other structural steel products. We use MS Billets for our own captive consumption to manufacture TMT Bars.

Sponge Iron is directly reduced iron with high iron content. It is primarily used in steel manufacturing as a raw material for the production of steel billets and other steel products

We have recently forayed into production of Cut& Bends. Cut & Bends are ready-to-install, pre-fabricated steel reinforcement bars, meticulously processed according to the bar bending schedule provided by customers. Cut & Bends are provided in exact specifications, eliminating the need for separate dealings with steel reinforcement bar suppliers, logistics personnel or on-site contractors for cutting and bending. Our Cut & Bends are available in various shapes and different sizes.

Fusion Bonded Epoxy (FBE) coating, commonly known as epoxy coating, is a proven method to protect TMT bars from corrosion and damage. In this process, dry epoxy powder is applied electrostatically to cleaned hot TMT bars, forming a protective film that bonds strongly with the steel surface. This coating acts as a barrier, preventing chloride ions, chemicals, and moisture from reaching the steel, ensuring long-lasting strength for all types of structures.

CRS Green Steel is produced using advanced, eco-friendly processes that significantly reduce carbon emissions while delivering superior corrosion resistance. With 100% D-quality output, enhanced durability, and a performance boost of 20–50% compared to normal TMT bars, CRS ensures long-lasting strength in harsh and moisture-prone environments. Backed by cutting-edge electric furnace technology, extensive spectro-analysis, and a high share of captive renewable energy, German CRS Green Steel offers reliability, sustainability, and transparency for modern, responsible construction.
