Brief Details of the Company
Our Company was incorporatedas “Haq Enterprises Private Limited” on July 09, 2008 as a private limitedcompany under the Companies Act, 1956, pursuant to a certificate ofincorporation issued by the Assistant Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, Dadraand Nagar Havelli. The name of our Company was changed to “Haq Steels andMetaliks Private Limited” as approved by our Shareholders’ vide specialresolution dated April 5, 2018, and a fresh certificate of incorporationpursuant to change of name was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad(“RoC”) dated April 12, 2018. Thereafter, our Company was converted to a publiclimited company, approved by our Shareholders’ vide special resolution datedApril 17, 2018, pursuant to which the name of our Company was changed to “HaqSteels and Metaliks Limited” and a fresh certificate of incorporationconsequent upon change of name on conversion to public limited company wasissued by the RoC dated May 4, 2018. Thereafter, the name of our Company waschanged to “German Green Steel and Power Limited” as approved by ourShareholders’ vide special resolution dated December 20, 2023 and a freshcertificate of incorporation pursuant to change of name was issued by the RoCdated January 18, 2024.
