Our TMT Bars are steel bars, which are manufactured using the thermex quenching technology. The thermex quenching technology is a manufacturing process used to produce high-quality TMT (Thermo-MechanicallyTreated) bars.

This technology involves a controlled quenching and self-tempering process to enhance the properties of the steel bars. The thermex quenching technology enhances the yield strength, ductility, bendability, and weldability of TMT bars. It also improves fire resistance and reduces corrosion by eliminating surface defects and torsional stress.

Grades of TMT Bars
The TMT Bars are graded on various compositions. These compositions determine the various characteristics of TMT Bars such a smalleability and hardness. Some of the grades of TMT Bars in our product portfolio are Fe500, Fe500 D, Fe550, Fe550 D, Fe500 D CRS, Fe500 CRS, Fe550 DCRS and Fe550 CRS. 

Usage of TMT Bars
Our TMT Bars are available in different sizes, namely,8 MM, 10 MM, 12 MM, 16 MM, 20 MM, 25 MM, 32 MM, 36 MM and 40 MM.

Qualities of TMT Bars
We believe the following are the qualities of TMT Bars is as under:

Earthquake Resistance

The thermo mechanical treatment attributes higher elongation to our Fe500D TMT Bars, enabling them to be resistant against earthquakes

Corrosion-resistant

Fe500 and Fe500D TMT Bars are coated with a hard Ferric Oxide layer on the outer surface, enabling them to be resistant tocorrosion.

Higher weldability

Raw materials used in the production of TMT Bars have low carbon content, ensuring higher weldability of the bars.

Super bonding ability

Raw materials used in the production of TMT Bars have low carbon content, ensuring higher weldability of the bars.

Extra strength and ductility

TMT Bars are manufactured with a tempered martensite on the surface and fine grain ferrite-pearlite in the core, which provides higher strength, toughness and ductility.  In particular, Fe550 TMT Bars meet recognized specifications for UTS/YS ratio, indicating high strength and high ductility.

MS Billet is a length of iron metal that has around or square cross-section.  It is asemi-finished steel product that is primarily used as raw material for rollinginto bars, rods and other structural steel products.  We use MS Billets we produced for our owncaptive consumption to manufacture TMT Bars.

Sponge Iron is directly reduced iron with highiron content. It is primarily used in steel manufacturing as a raw material forthe production of steel billets and other steel products

We have recently forayed into production of Cut& Bends. Cut & Bends are ready-to-install, pre-fabricated steel reinforcement bars, meticulously processed according to the bar bending schedule provided by customers. Cut & Bends are provided in exact specifications, eliminating the need for separate dealings with steelreinforcement bar suppliers, logistics personnel or on-site contractors forcutting and bending. Our Cut & Bends are available in various shapes and different sizes.

TMX Bars are steel bars manufactured using the Thermex technology. Thermex technology is an manufacturing process used to produce high-quality TMT (Thermo-Mechanically Treated) bars, often referred to as TMX bars. This technology involves a controlled quenching and self-tempering process to enhance the properties of the steel bars. The controlled quenching and self-tempering process results in an unique structure of the TMX Bars – tempered martensite at the peripheral zone and a fine -grained ferrite-pearlite structure in the central zone. Our TMX Bars are manufactured using Thermex technology, an advanced manufacturing process used to produce steel bars with enhanced yield strength, ductility, bendability and weldability as well as improved fire and corrosion resistance capability.
